The City of Twin Valley owns 12 efficiency homes along Memorial Drive. Each home was built in 1960's and remodeled in 2004.
Each home has one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room and kitchen.
Two homes have been furnished and designated as short-term, or nightly rentals.

Monthly Rentals $375.00 + Utilities
Nightly Rental Rate $40.00/Night or $200.00/Week
